The Healthy Biz

Apparently John and I are unhealthy. Therefore, we have decided to change our lives and become new people.

Step one - Stop getting fat.

Step two - Make homemade parfaits (bananas, mango, raspberry, granola, fat free vanilla yogurt) COMPLETE WITH DIXIE CUP-O-RAMA. This is what we eat for lunch every day now. We are now starting to walk/run between 3-4 miles every night. GO US!
